Getting started

  1. Open your link. Your workspace is already set up for what you sell and your territory. You'll see new practices with names hidden.
  2. Unlock leads. Click Unlock on any lead to see the owner/contact name, title, phone numbers and address. Your first 3 unlocks need nothing; after that, confirm your work email to get the rest of your 15 free unlocks (14-day trial).
  3. Work the lead. Open a lead to see why it scored well, suggested opening lines, and to set a pipeline stage and notes.
  4. Subscribe when your free unlocks run out to unlock every lead in your plan.

Where the data comes from

  • Federal NPI registry (NPPES) — every healthcare practice that will bill insurance registers here, usually weeks to months before or around opening. We pull the new registrations every week.
  • Full registry comparison (monthly) — we compare each new registration with every existing Florida provider to tell a genuinely new practice from an ownership change or a re-registration.
  • U.S. Census — county and map location from the practice ZIP code.
  • New leads arrive every Monday. The Feed shows the last 90 days; the Archive holds practices registered 3–12 months ago.

What the labels mean

LabelMeaning
New openingA new independent practice at an office where no earlier practice of the same type was registered. The best leads.
Ownership changeA new practice registered at an office where a different practice/owner was registered before — the office changed hands. New owners usually re-choose vendors.
New locationA new registration by an owner who also has other locations.
New provider – ownerAn individual dentist/chiropractor/therapist linked to a newly registered practice (usually its owner).
New provider – associateA newly registered individual provider not linked to a new practice (typically a new hire or new graduate). All-Access only.
Group / DSOPractices registered by a group or corporate operator (one contact on several new practices, or a corporate title). Hidden by default — they buy centrally.
Re-registeredAn existing practice/owner that registered a new legal entity at the same office. Few new vendor decisions. Hidden by default.

How leads are scored (0–100)

Every lead gets five sub-scores, shown as bars when you open it:

PartMaxHow it's earned
Newness30Registered ≤7 days ago: 30 · ≤14 days: 26 · ≤30: 20 · ≤60: 12 · ≤90: 8 · ≤180: 4 · older: 0
Independence25New opening 25 · Ownership change 20 · New provider – owner 20 · New location 18 · Re-registered 10 · New provider – associate 8 · Group/DSO 0
Verification15Active registry record 8 · practice street address on file 4 · mailing address in Florida 3
Contactability20Valid practice phone 8 · a separate valid direct phone for the contact 6 · a named contact person 6
Ownership10The registered contact is the owner (owner/president/doctor title, or the provider is the practice's owner) 10 · otherwise 3

Tiers

  • A — score 75+ and registered within 60 days and a genuinely new or changed-hands practice (or its owner). Act this week.
  • B — score 55+ (also any high-scoring lead that's older than 60 days, a re-registration, a group or an associate).
  • C — everything else.

Signals are short facts behind the score, e.g. "NPI issued 6 days ago", "Owner is the registered contact", "New owner: previously Coastal Wellness Center at this office (since 2009)", "Lists 2 other locations".

Verification checklist — "NPI active" is checked for every lead. Items marked Pending (Google listing, state license, business filing) aren't checked yet.

The tabs

  • Feed — new practices from the last 90 days that match your settings. Filter by niche, label, tier, county, newness; search by city or specialty; sort by newest or score. The "N new" badge shows leads added since your last visit.
  • Archive — practices registered 3–12 months ago. Still worth a call for marketing, software and switching offers.
  • Map — every lead on a map of Florida, colored by label. Click a county to filter; click a dot to open the lead.
  • Pipeline — your unlocked leads as cards. Drag between stages (e.g. New → Contacted → Meeting → Won) and keep notes.
  • Settings — everything below.

Settings, section by section

  • Lead filters — which niches (and dental specialties), which labels, minimum score and tiers, how to treat groups/DSOs (hide / show / only), how new (7–90 days), contact requirements (must have a practice phone, a direct phone, or the owner as contact), and exclusions (name keywords, cities). The line at the top shows roughly how many leads per week your settings match.
  • Territory — choose Florida counties (grouped by metro) or ZIP codes. Counts next to each county show available leads.
  • Your profile — what you sell, your one-line offer (used to write the suggested opening lines on each lead), ideal customer, company name and brand color.
  • Saved views — save a set of filters (e.g. "Tampa pediatric, A-tier") and choose which one opens by default.
  • Export & integrations — download your unlocked leads as CSV (choose and order the columns) or copy them as a table for Google Sheets. Integration tiles (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Slack, Zapier, webhook) send us a setup request; we connect it for you.
  • Pipeline — rename, add, remove and reorder stages; auto-archive inactive leads; hide leads you've already exported.
  • Lead quality — leads you've reported as bad and any credits you received.
  • Plan & billing — your plan, price, renewal date, Manage billing (card, invoices) and Cancel membership.
  • Account — the email that owns this workspace, sign out, and when you accepted the Terms and Privacy Policy.

Some settings may show a lock — "Managed by Fledge" — when your account manager has set them for you.
