Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Krish Patel, d/b/a Fledge ("Fledge," "we," "us") handles information in connection with the Fledge website and service (the "Service"). It covers two groups of people: our customers and visitors, and the healthcare practices and providers listed in our Lead Data.

1. Information about customers and visitors

What we collect

  • Account information: your work email (used to sign you in with a one-time code), company name, website and the business details you or we enter for your workspace.
  • Billing information: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive your billing email, subscription status and the last details Stripe shares with merchants (such as card brand and last four digits). We never see or store your full card number.
  • Usage information: which leads you view or unlock, settings and saved views, pipeline stages and notes you enter, exports, and when your workspace link is opened. We use this to run the Service, to show you your history, and to follow up about your trial.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, and logs needed for security and troubleshooting. We use essential browser storage (cookies/local storage) to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We don't sell your information or use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it: to provide, secure and improve the Service; to sign you in; to process payments; to send service messages (sign-in codes, billing notices, and, if you opt in, lead alerts and digests); to respond to you; and to contact you about Fledge if you're a prospective customer (you can opt out any time).

Prospective customers: if we created a workspace for your business before you signed up, we used business contact details your company publishes (for example, on its website). You can ask us to delete that workspace and stop contacting you at fledgeleads@gmail.com.

2. Information about listed practices and providers

Our Lead Data is compiled from public sources, mainly the federal National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES, the NPI Registry published by CMS), U.S. Census geographic data and other public business records. It includes business information such as practice name, specialty, registration date, practice address and phone, and the name and title of the authorized official as published in those records. We add our own classifications and scores.

We do not collect patient information, and the Service contains no protected health information. Where a provider's public record appears to list a residential address, we withhold the street address.

Opt-out: any business or provider can ask us to remove their information from the Service by emailing fledgeleads@gmail.com with the practice name and NPI (if known). We'll stop including it in Lead Data, typically within 10 business days.

3. How we share information

We share information only with:

  • Service providers who host and operate the Service for us under contract — including our database and hosting providers (Supabase, Lovable/Cloudflare), Stripe for payments, and our email delivery provider;
  • Customers, who receive Lead Data under our Terms of Service (which prohibit resale and require lawful use);
  • Authorities or others when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets (with notice where required).

We do not sell customers' personal information.

4. Retention

We keep account and billing records while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes (generally up to 7 years for billing records). Usage logs are kept for up to 24 months. Lead Data is refreshed weekly; records age out of the Service after about 12 months but may be kept in internal archives for quality and audit purposes, except where removal was requested.

5. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls (including database row-level security so customers only see their own data), and least-privilege access for staff. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we'll notify you as required by law.

6. Your choices and rights

You can access and update your workspace details in Settings, export your unlocked leads, and cancel anytime. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to fledgeleads@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (for example, in California, Virginia, Colorado or Texas); we'll honor verified requests as those laws require and won't discriminate against you for exercising them.

7. Children

The Service is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

We'll post any changes here and update the effective date. For material changes affecting customers, we'll also notify you by email or in the Service.
